PRECISION ELITE GYMNASTICS TEAMS
Participants who attend the Precision Elite Gymnastics Team Tryouts will have the opportunity to join one of our esteemed teams. We believe that commencing with our pre-team or Xcel team serves as an excellent foundation for progressing to the competitive team. Our developmental team undergoes a meticulous selection process led by our experienced coaches.
Pre-Team
This program provides a structured introduction to competitive gymnastics, focusing on skill development, strength, and flexibility. Participants will build a strong foundation to prepare for our competitive teams. The Pre-Team serves as a key stepping stone, offering direct invitations to two pathways: the Xcel Program, which provides a flexible and inclusive approach, or the Developmental Program, which emphasizes structured progression. This program is designed to help gymnasts grow in a supportive environment while working toward their competitive goals.
Xcel Team
Our Xcel Program provides gymnasts of all ages and skill levels with the opportunity to develop and refine their abilities in a competitive yet supportive environment. Designed for both beginners and experienced athletes, this program offers personalized coaching that adapts to each gymnast’s strengths and goals. Our experienced coaching staff ensures that every participant progresses at their own pace, mastering skills from foundational techniques to advanced routines. With a flexible and inclusive approach, the Xcel Program allows gymnasts to compete while balancing other commitments.
The USAG Developmental Program at Precision Elite Gymnastics is designed for young athletes who aspire to compete at a high level. This structured program follows the USA Gymnastics curriculum for Levels 3–10, progressively building a strong foundation in technique, strength, and discipline.
Joining the Developmental Team
Entry into the Developmental Program is selective, based on skill level, commitment, and work ethic. Our coaches carefully evaluate each gymnast to ensure they are ready for the demands of the program. Developmental athletes will follow a rigorous training schedule designed to help them reach their full potential and advance through the competitive gymnastics pathway.
